Tomato Dosa - தக்காளி தோசை

Ingtredients:
  • Rice 1 cup
  • Red chillies 3
  • Tomato 1[Big]

Method:

  • Soak the Rice for 2hrs.
  • Grind the rice with tomato and red chillies.
  • Add salt and mix well.

Note: No Need of fermentation. Batter can be used to prepare dosa.
