Quick Chilli Chicken Fry - எளிய மிளகாய் கோழி வருவல்

Ingredients:
  • Boneless chicken 1kg
  • Ginger Garlic paste 2 tbs
  • Chilli Garlic paste 1 tbs
  • Chilli hot sauce 1 tbs
  • Vinegar 1/2 tbs
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli powder 1tsp
  • Garam Masala 1/2 tbs
  • Lime juice 2tbs
For Garnishing:
  • 1 Thin sliced medium onion
  • 3 Slit Green chillies
  • Cashews
Method:
  • Clean and cut the chicken into medium pieces.
  • Drain the water and pat dry with tissue paper.
  • Add 1tbs of lime juice and mix well.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well
  • And let them sit for an hour.
  • Heat the tawa and add 1tbs of oil and fry the cashews.
  • Remove the cashews from the pan and add the onion & sliced green chillies.
  • Fry until its golden brown.remove from the pan and keep it aside.
  • Add another 2tbs of oil.When the oil is hot add the marinated chicken.
  • If any masala is left over in vessel add little water and pour on the chicken.
  • Fry the chicken in a reduced flame till the chicken is completely cooked.
  • Increase the flame and fry the chicken for 5 mins
  • Remove from the flame and transfer it to a serving dish and add 1tbs of remaining lime juice.
  • Garnish the chicken with fried onion,chillies and cashews.
  • Easy chilli chicken is ready in minutes.
Tips:

If there is no time for marination,no problem.Mix all the ingredients well and stir fry them.

Note:

Do not marinate the chicken for a longer time,because we are using vinegar and lime juice.If you let them to sit for a longer period the acidity in vinegar and lime juice will start cooking the chicken.
