Onion Rings - வெங்காய சுருள் பஜ்ஜி



Ingredients:
  • All purpose flour 1cup
  • Onion large 3
  • Corn starch 2tbs
  • Baking soda 1tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli powder 1tsp
  • Instant Mashed potato 2 tbs
  • Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  • Oil to fry
Method:
  • Peel the skin of the onion and cut then into 1 inch thick rings and keep them aside.
  • Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients except onion.
  • Add 1/2 cup of water little by little and mix well and make sure the batter is not to thick or too loose.
  • Take the onion rings and dip them in the flour batter
  • And dip them in the bred crumbs and set aside
  • Heat the oil in the kadai and deep fry the onions
Yummy crispy Onion Rings is ready to eat.
